Job Description
Red Oak North in Dublin is our commercial Head Office for our Animal Health and Human Health businesses in addition to several global and national support services including Clinical Research, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Policy & Communications and Marketing.
We are currently seeking a patient access manager to join the team. In this exciting role, you will lead local access strategy development manage the delivery of technical submissions through collaboration with our Global/Regional Market Access colleagues and local product marketing and medical teams.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical submissions and stakeholder discussions, supporting negotiation through scenario planning and value communication.
What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership to carry out the following:
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders relating to national access and pricing to facilitate timely access for our products; Keep up to date on technical requirements and the environment as it relates to same
- Lead pipeline assessment and early planning around new product introduction in Ireland in collaboration with patient access team and using cross-functional approach
- Lead MA planning within cross-functional team environment and the operational elements related to
- pricing applications / pricing movement
- the development of Rapid Review and HTA submissions
- the completion of Horizon Scanning requirements
- Influence and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Medical colleagues to manage same projects
- Collaborate with UK HTA team, Global/Regional Market Access and New products groups to understand pipeline, economic models and related data requirements
- Evaluate pricing and value proposals within cross-functional teams; use technical expertise to lead scenario planning to support stakeholder discussions
- Provide expertise and guidance regarding internal and external processes. Partner with regional and global pricing groups to optimize access and pricing for the Irish subsidiary
- Work with policy colleagues on the development of Access policy positions & support to shape the future reimbursement environment in Ireland
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
