As an Email Administrator, you will manage and evolve the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments in a highly critical corporate setting with thousands of users and integrated services. You will work on real-world scenarios involving cross-platform coexistence, process automation, and the resolution of complex incidents with a direct impact on Mercadona's communications.

What will your day-to-day life be like?

👥 You will manage and maintain the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Exchange Online environments .

🖥️ You will develop scripts and automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

📘 You will manage email resources , including mailboxes, groups, domains, routing flows, policies, and connectors.

🗄️You will participate in migration or coexistence projects between Microsoft and Google platforms.

☁️ You will develop solutions to undocumented problems , subsequently generating the necessary technical documentation (procedures, methods, checklists) for standardization.

👥 You will accompany users in the adoption of email and collaboration tools (Outlook, Gmail, Calendar and Tasks), offering support and training.

🛠️ You will diagnose and resolve complex incidents involving multiple systems (email, identity, network, security), proposing sustainable solutions.
