Within Services, Marketing Services develops and executes marketing programs that drive measurable impact for our clients.

The Advisors Creative Desk sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and business, responsible for developing forward-thinking, on-brand ideas and content solutions that connect brands, platforms, and audiences.

This Senior Copywriter role operates at a Creative Group Head level combining hands-on creative excellence with leadership, ownership, and the ability to shape work across projects and teams.

The Role
Develop strong creative ideas across formats and channels - including brand narratives, campaigns, scripts, digital, social, video, print, and direct response (in English and Turkish)
Present work effectively in both internal reviews and client meetings (in English and Turkish)
Lead and collaborate with creative teams in refining and elevating ideas, providing clear direction and ownership
Translate strategic briefs into compelling, on-brand messaging and executions in close partnership with strategy teams
Contribute to the development of integrated campaigns alongside art directors, motion designers, and other creatives
Manage multiple workstreams and deliverables across projects with confidence and clarity
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints
Bring fresh thinking by staying closely connected to cultural, digital, and platform trends
Actively contribute to feedback and review processes, helping raise the bar for the entire team

All About You
Minimum 8 years of experience within full-service advertising agencies, in senior creative roles equivalent to Creative Group Head level, preferably within global network agencies
A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work across ATL, social, and digital
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Proven ability to translate strategy and insights into compelling, well-crafted creative work
Experience working across multiple channels and platforms
Clear and confident communication and presentation abilities
Experience working on financial services brands is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; an advanced degree is a plus
