Responsibilities
  • Coordination of healthcare and organizational activity between CSMA and CAS facilities, promoting joint work and the alignment of objectives.
  • Development of healthcare activity as a psychiatrist at the CSMA, combining clinical and management functions.
  • Participation in the shared care program with Primary Care, performing assessments, follow-ups, and clinical support for reference professionals.
  • Management and follow-up of cases with higher clinical complexity, acting as the healthcare reference within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Coordination with psychiatry, psychology, nursing, and social work professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participation in coordination meetings with mental health network facilities, external providers, health regions, and other healthcare resources in the territory.

Requirements
