We are looking for a Delivery Specialist (night shift) Customer to join our team at the Makro Platform in Barcelona (El Prat de Llobregat). Below, we provide all the details of the role:

Your mission will be to supervise all Delivery operations carried out at the platform, ensuring the daily compliance of processes and objectives established by Makro by the Operator and transport agencies, with the aim of ensuring the level of service required by our customers, with the highest possible quality and at the lowest cost for the company.

Your main functions:

• You will guarantee compliance with the quality and safety levels established by the company.
• You will ensure the profitability of the entire operation by controlling all determining KPIs and proposing improvement actions
• You will supervise the billing process and the administrative processes for order and document management.
• You will control the operational processes of order preparation, reverse logistics, packaging management, and dispatch
• You will plan the transport plan for last-mile delivery routes to customers.

At an organizational level:

• You will report to the Delivery Manager of the Platform.
• You will not have a team in charge.

What are we looking for in you?

• Minimum previous experience of 1 or 2 years in similar operational positions, both in last-mile platforms as well as in logistics operators and/or warehouse management

Please note that this position is carried out on the night shift from 01:00 to 09:00.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Especialista Delivery (turno noche) Cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo en la Plataforma de Makro en Barcelona (El Prat de Llobregat). A continuación, te contamos todos los detalles del rol:

Tu misión será; supervisar todas las operaciones Delivery que se realizan en la plataforma, asegurando el cumplimento diario de los procesos y objetivos establecidos por Makro por parte del Operador y las agencias de transporte, con el objetivo de asegurar el nivel de servicio requerido por nuestros clientes, con la mayor calidad posible y al menor coste para la compañía.

Tus principales funciones:

• Garantizarás el cumplimiento de los niveles de calidad y seguridad establecidos por la compañía.
• Velarás por la rentabilidad de toda la operación controlando todos los KPI determinantes y proponiendo acciones de mejora
• Supervisarás el proceso de facturación y los procesos administrativos de gestión de pedidos y documental.
• Controlarás los procesos operativos de preparación de pedidos, logística inversa, gestión de embalajes y expedición
• Planificarás el plan de transporte de rutas última milla de reparto a clientes.

A nivel organizativo:

• Reportarás a la Responsable Delivery de la Plataforma.
• No tendrás equipo a cargo.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Experiencia mínima previa 1 o 2 años en puestos operativos similares, tanto en plataformas ultima milla como en operador logístico y/o gestión de almacenes

Ten en cuenta que esta posición se desarrolla en turno de noche de 01.00hrs a 09.00hrs.
