Job Introduction:
As an AI Developer, you will design, develop, and integrate generative AI and agentic solutions into enterprise applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI systems that enhance business processes and create measurable value.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop and integrate AI components (agents, vector stores, pipelines) and agentic solutions using state-of-the-art frameworks.
Build and maintain MLflow models, MCP server, and chatbot applications.
Seamlessly integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise systems using cloud-native platforms (Azure/AWS), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Ensure code quality through best practices, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Evaluate and select models based on performance and scalability.
Verify, monitor, and optimize the performance of AI agents and chatbot applications.
Work closely with data engineers and the cloud and dev/ops team
Collaborate with enterprise architects and domain experts to align AI/ML solutions with business needs and technical strategy
Ensure compliance with internal governance, IT security standards, the EU AI Act, and Responsible AI principles.
Knowledge and Education:
Degree in computer science or a similar field.
Work Experience:
6-9 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
Working experience in AI agent design and orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent, MCP server implementation)
Working experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure/AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) of advantage
Experience with vector databases (Azure AI Search, DBX Vector Search, or equivalent)
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality best practices
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in Python and application of state-of-the-art agent frameworks like LangGraph
Knowledge of C#, Databricks Agent Framework, and Azure AI services is a plus
Knowledge of IT security, EU AI Act, and Responsible AI principles of advantage
Strong communication and collaboration skills
