Job Responsibilities:
§Search warranty data on daily & monthly basis from OEM specific portals
§Analyse warranty claims / Claim Binning
§Segregate warranty claims as per commodities & make its graph showing number of claims & its warranty cost.
§Country-wise marking of each warranty claim (US, Canada, Mexico)
§Prepare QOS Reports on monthly basis which helps client to view the overall Warranty Failure, its cost.
§Extract 'R/1000 vehicles' & 'CPU' data & create its cumulative chart for every 3 MIS & 6 MIS.
§Prepare Quarterly Executive presentation to review with Directors and Chief Engineers.
§Prepare Quarterly Structural Product presentation to review with Vice President and Directors.
§Weekly analysing claims for latest model year and highlight the same for any discrepancy also with review Plant Quality team.
§Supporting all Ad hoc activities as per Requests.
§Form 4: Tracking of Top issues. Follow up with Plant Teams to get ICA, PCA, Clean Points etc.
§Preparing respective Plant Warranty Scorecards.
§Posting Magna's Warranty Performance in comparison with Competitors.
§Create Warranty Part Analysis report with its respective Error Description and 8D/4D report
§Create new error description if not available in existing error fault database.
§Create new 8D/4D report if not created for the same.
§Maintain Master Warranty Tracker for the same.
§Warranty Part Analysis (EWCA Review, Issues ownership)
§Global Warranty Charge Back
Verify MPA / directed supplier agreements, Save warranty cost
