Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
- Ensure the achievement of departmental OEE targets through the achievement of equipment availability targets.
- Provide feedback to maintenance supervisor for performance appraisal documentation. Provide leadership and direction during equipment downtime situations. Team leaders must be able to make good judgment decisions on technical matters and interface effectively with production supervision.
- Support the Assembly Department Technical Training and Development program by conducting training classes, providing technical documentation, etc.
- Ensure Root Cause of downtime isproperly investigatedand addressed.
- Supervise the assembly and installation as well as assemble andinstallsnew equipment andisable tomake modifications to existing equipment asrequested.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- 100% Standing, walking, and lifting
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds
- Must stand 8+ hours a day
EDUCATION:
- Associatedegree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or Technical Apprenticeship with Certification or Journeyman Card; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:
- 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
- Preferred prior leadership experience
- High skill level with PLC's, automation and robotics (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Kuka, Fanuc)

Pay range: $39.95 - $44.12 per hour
