Serás responsable de liderar proyectos clave desde la planeación hasta la puesta a punto, asegurando resultados sólidos en:

• Timing

• Calidad

• Costos

• Ejecución cross-functional

Tendrás interacción directa con clientes, liderazgo técnico sin autoridad formal y un rol visible dentro de la organización.

Lo que harás

• Liderar lanzamientos de nuevos programas y productos.

• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (ingeniería, calidad, producción, compras y cliente).

• Construir estrategias de proyecto y gestionar riesgos.

• Asegurar cumplimiento de milestones y gateways.

• Tomar decisiones basadas en datos para mantener el proyecto en ruta.

• Participar activamente en industrialización y transferencias de línea.

Perfil Requerido

INDISPENSABLE

• Inglés conversacional, capaz de desarrollarse en ambiente internacional

• Experiencia sólida en la industria Manufacturera- Deseable Automotriz

• Experiencia en lanzamientos de nuevos programas

Formación:
Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.

Conocimiento técnico:

• APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Core Tools.

• Gestión de proyectos (PMI, Stage Gate).

• Planeación y control (Dominio de Gantt y ruta crítica).

• Procesos de manufactura e interpretación técnica.

• MS Project.

• Excel avanzado.

Competencias:

• Liderazgo natural sin necesidad de jerarquía.

• Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para ejecutar con enfoque y resultados.

• Comunicación directa y efectiva con todos los niveles.

• Habilidad para mantener claridad y prioridad ante múltiples demandas.
