• Proficient in CAD software Catia V5.
• Responsible for designing of Foam pads considering manufacturing & tooling feasibility.
• Knowledge of trim cover development, types of trim attachments.
• Knowledge of foam manufacturing, testing methods.
• Knowledge of complete seat for foam design.
• Knowledge of plastics
• Knowledge of global regulations & OEM requirements studies.
• Responsible to meet customer's deliverables with effective utilization of team.
• Good communication skills-written and verbal.
• Knowledge of data management best practices.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in mechanical/production/Automobile Engineering
• 1-4 Year experience
