Job Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Monitor and maintain vendor and customer master data
- Work with Purchasing to investigate and resolve all purchase order/invoice discrepancies.
- Monitor expense report reviews and employee reimbursements
- Provide support for accounting reporting needs, as required.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support the preparation of tax filings and audits
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
- Completed commercial education or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- SAP knowledge and S4 Hana preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Good organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong initiative, sense of ownership and responsibility toward work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
