In our Sales pathway, you will dive deep into the world oflogisticsand supply chain solutions, helping to drive business growth and build lasting customer relationships.You'lllearn how toidentifycustomer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and close deals that support Maersk's ambitious targets. With mentorship from industry experts and hands-on experience,you'llbecome an integral part of our global sales team

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

Recent graduatebachelor'sdegreeMinimum 2:2.
Recentlygraduated in Logistics & Supply Chain, Management,Business& Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly Organised, strategic thinker.
Resilientand comfortable with change
Commercial mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in English written and Oral is essential
General Work Experience - Voluntary or Social engagement
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Next Steps:
The closing date for applicationsis the 14th March 2026.
Once we have received your application,and if you meet ourminimumcriteria,you willbe askedtocomplete a Video Interview, these are to be completed at the latest by the31stMarch 2026.
If successful at this point you will be invited to an Assessment Centre, which will be held at our site at East Midlands Gateway(DE74 2BB), these will be taking place in April. We will provide you with full detail in advance of what to expect on the day.
The final stage of our process will beaninterview with our Leadership team.
