What We're Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years in recruitment and at least 3 years in Tech - you’ll have built up a solid understanding of technical roles and how to source for hard-to-fill positions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are a bonus.

• Multitasking Ability: Proven capability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Whilst effectively following processes and track metrics.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
