What will your day-to-day be like?
Be responsible for the store team: carry out personnel selection, hiring, training, and team development under the supervision and collaboration of your manager.
Manage the store, guaranteeing the standards defined by the company and compliance with store procedures.
Be responsible for product availability in the store and the correct accounting of shrinkage.
Guarantee an optimized operation of the store.
Prepare and conduct the cost meeting together with your manager.
Plan the store's sales and productivity on an annual and monthly basis.
Are you the person we are looking for?
Intermediate Vocational Training (Grado Medio) or equivalent.
Previous experience of more than one year in team management.
Availability to work in shifts (rotating schedules).
People- and collaborator-oriented, flexibility, and teamwork.
High capacity for organization, planning, and leadership.
What do we offer you?
A full-time contract.
We provide 6 months of theoretical-practical training adapted to your position, so that you are able to face every challenge successfully. Your initial training plan will include stays in different stores and theoretical-practical training for the development of different skills and technical knowledge related to the sales area.
A five-day weekly schedule instead of six, continuous shifts, and 6 quality weekends per year for better work-life balance.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Ser responsable del equipo de tienda: realizar la selección de personal, contratación, formación y desarrollo del equipo bajo la supervisión y colaboración de tu responsable.
Gestionar la tienda, garantizando los estándares definidos por la compañía y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos en las tiendas.
Ser responsable de la disponibilidad de productos en tienda y la correcta contabilización de las mermas.
Garantizar un funcionamiento optimizado de la tienda.
Preparar y realizar la reunión de costes junto con tu responsable.
Planificar de forma anual y mensual las ventas y productividad de la tienda.
¿Eres tú la persona que buscamos?
Formación Profesional de Grado Medio o equivalente.
Experiencia previa de más de un año en gestión de equipos.
Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar por turnos (horarios rotativos).
Orientación a personas y colaboradores/as, flexibilidad y trabajo en equipo.
Alta capacidad de organización, planificación y liderazgo.
¿Qué te ofrecemos?

Tu plan de formación inicial incluirá estancias en diferentes tiendas y capacitaciones teórico-prácticas de desarrollo de diferentes habilidades y conocimientos técnicos relacionados con el área de ventas.
Jornada semanal de cinco días en lugar de seis, horario continuado y 6 fines de semana de calidad al año para una mejor conciliación.
