Job Description:

岗位概述

· 作为质量专员（质量工程师），负责在投诉处理、PMS和风险管理等方面与跨职能团队合作，并持续改进质量管理。

职责和责任

下列是此职位按照适用的联邦，洲，地方法律/法规和强生公司的程序和指南：

· 按照投诉程序处理Ethicon当地产品的调查投诉，并及时完成相关投诉调查报告。运用质量统计技术进行数据分析，准备月度/季度/年度评审报告。

· 在产品投放市场后，与JJMS BQ、CAL、MA就爱惜康苏州产品质量管理进行合作。

· 利用合适的统计技术监控过程能力持续改进

· 从质量角度支持工厂项目

· 协调事业部要求，必要时修改文件

· 参与并准备外部和内部质量审核；积极完成后续行动。

· 有责任将发现的问题或改进机会汇报给下一层管理

· 确保个人和参与的公司行为符合各项法规和公司政策流程

· 负责将业务相关问题或机会传达给下一级管理层。

· 对于那些监督或管理员工的人员，如适用，负责确保下属遵循与健康，安全和环境实践相关的所有公司指南，以及所有需要的资源都是可用的，且状况良好。

· 负责确保个人和公司遵守联邦、州、地方和公司的所有法规、政策和程序。

· 执行其他必要的职责。

经验和教育

· 医学/生物/化学等相关专业学士学位

· 熟悉ISO13485, GMP，医疗器械法规，质量工具和统计技术

· 最好2~3年质量工作经验

· 最好可以熟练掌握微软应用如Power BI, Power APP, Auto Flow 等

· 最好有SAP操作经验

要求的知识，技能，能力，认证/许可证和附属。

· 良好的沟通和学习能力

· 英语读写说流利

· 熟悉计算机软件等常规操作
