We are searching for the best talent for FACILITIES MAINTENANCE MANAGER for Salvarcar, Ciudad Juarez.

Purpose:

Directs and coordinates activities of one or more engineering programs in support of plant operation. Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of support programs for buildings, utilities, clean rooms, surroundings, cleaning, projects, and business continuity plan (BCP). Interact with new product development and Operations Managers to ensure that our people, facilities and products are covered by the BCP. Manages the preventive maintenance program on production equipment and building, plant safety, the plant engineering drawing system, and is responsible for the emergency response process.

You will be responsible for:

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
• It ensures the proper functioning and supply of utilities to the operation such as electricity, water, nitrogen, compressed air, argon, and natural gas.
• Participates in audits with local emergency response agencies to generate information to reduce risks and find areas of opportunity in BWI facilities.
• Verifies the implementation of preventive maintenance programs in production equipment and building.
• Ensures compliance with preventive maintenance procedures with quality system regulations.
• Ensures compliance with the insurer's catastrophic loss protection requirements such as the fire protection system.
• Provides assistance for the proper establishment and maintenance of safety -related procedures and regulations.
• Reviews and coordinates with construction projects and expansion projects, including construction of new facilities.
• Generate budgets and control of expenses.
• Establishes operational goals and objectives aligned with corporate objectives and strategies.
• Reviews and evaluates with his subordinates the planning of objectives, status of programs, projects, problems, and conclusions about assigned activities.
• Look for better alternatives for investments, as well as savings projects for the company.
• It complies with and is responsible for ensuring that its subordinates follow all company procedures related to health, safety, hygiene and environmental practices and that all resources necessary to carry it out are available and in good condition.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversees BCP's leader and advisor for BWI.
• Oversees building and surrounding maintenance activities, cleanroom control systems, special projects, cleaning services, capital projects, and the business continuity plan.

• Is responsible for communicating business-related matters or opportunities to the next managerial level
• For those who supervise or manage personnel, they are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all the Company's guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environment practices and that all necessary resources to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
• Is responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State and Local company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Performs other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Engineering in related area or related career

• Professional career and more than 7 years of experience and training

• Experience in the medical area is recommended.

• Must possess a clear theoretical and practical ability of the fundamental engineering
techniques applicable to the function of supervising.
• Available to travel when needed. Show a deep technical knowledge of equipment and facility systems and documentation control systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Skills in the use of PCs and software related to their activity. Ability to manage projects, limits, scopes, and duration. Knowledge of project management principles and methods, tools, and techniques.
• Good leadership and capacity for interpersonal relationships.
• Communication at all levels. Excellent oral and written skills in both Spanish and English.
