Requirements
Technical Skills & Certifications
- ERP Mastery: Deep expertise in managing SAP ERP/S4HANA project lifecycles within global, multi-site environments.
- Mandatory Certification: Project Management certification is required (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate).
- PM Toolset: Advanced proficiency in project tracking and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Integration Awareness: High-level understanding of ERP integration points with external SaaS platforms (Ariba, Salesforce) and middleware (PI/CPI).
Soft Skills
- Multicultural Communication: Sophisticated ability to lead and influence multicultural teams across different time zones and business cultures.
- High Autonomy: A seasoned leader capable of taking ownership of complex workstreams and making high-stakes decisions with minimal supervision.
- Conflict Resolution: Expert diplomacy in managing the natural tension between "Global Template" requirements and "Local Maison" specificities, fostering a collaborative "one-team" spirit.
- English: Mandatory. Full professional and executive proficiency is required for all project governance and stakeholder reporting.
- French: A very good asset. Highly valued for effective communication with Maison headquarters and business owners in French-speaking regions.
Profile & Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of at least two full-cycle global ERP rollouts.
- Previous experience in the luxury, fashion, or high-end retail industry is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a methodology-driven approach to complex program delivery.

At Izertis, we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - Global ERP to join one of our clients operating within the luxury retail industry.
Main Purpose
As a Senior Project Manager for Global ERP, you will lead high-impact transformation programs across luxury Maisons. Your mission is to orchestrate the deployment of core ERP solutions, ensuring that global templates are successfully localized and adopted. You will act as a senior leader within the PMO, balancing operational excellence with the strategic long-term vision of the groups digital core.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Rollout Leadership: Drive the end-to-end execution of large-scale ERP implementations, managing the roadmap from initial scoping and fit-gap analysis to hypercare and stabilization.
- ERP Senior Leadership: Provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams (Functional BAs, Developers, and Business Leads), ensuring alignment with Group Technology standards.
- Methodology Governance: Champion the use of established project frameworks (e.g., SAP Activate, PMP), ensuring rigorous adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality gates.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Maison leadership and technical delivery hubs, managing expectations and securing buy-in for global template adherence.
- Risk & Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks in complex, multi-country environments and implement robust mitigation strategies to ensure zero disruption to boutique and supply chain operations.
