You have deep experience penetrating segments such as Front-Office Customer Experience (CX), Back-Office Processing, Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), Legal (LPO), Recruitment (RPO), or IT Outsourcing (ITO).
  • Proven Record of Selling: A strong track record of hitting and exceeding target quotas, with a proven capability of generating and closing a €1M+ annual pipeline within the BPO sector.
  • Enterprise / B2B Technology Expertise: Deep, firsthand experience value-selling complex, secure technology solutions (SaaS, AI, or data-driven products) to enterprise clients with stringent regulatory and client-mandated requirements.

As our GTM Lead for the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) vertical, your primary mission is to execute and scale our go-to-market strategy for the outsourcing sector and close high-value mid-market and enterprise contracts. You will drive revenue by proving how our breakthrough agentic AI technology delivers massive operational efficiencies, margin expansion, and new service delivery models for BPO providers.
  • Drive Revenue & Execute GTM: Own the go-to-market motion and full sales cycle for the BPO sector-from self-led pipeline generation and market mapping through negotiation to final signature, ruthlessly penetrating high-value BPO segments (Offshore, Nearshore, Onshore, KPO, LPO, RPO, and ITO).
  • Position & Pitch: Act as a market pioneer, clearly articulating the transformational ROI of managed AI agents to BPO decision-makers, tailoring the value proposition to industry-specific pain points (e.g., reducing cost-to-serve, automating high-volume support, back-office data processing efficiency, and SLA optimization).
  • Farm & Expand: Ensure a seamless post-sale handover to the implementation team, while retaining strategic oversight of the relationship to secure renewals, upsell new use cases, and drive multi-X growth within your closed BPO accounts.
  • Collaborate for the Win: Work closely with product and engineering to structure compelling deals that meet strict client data privacy and multi-tenant compliance standards, and collaborate with leadership to refine pricing and packaging for the outsourcing market.
  • Activate Networks: Build and leverage an ecosystem of BPO sector introducers, transformation consultants, and strategic partners to accelerate pipeline generation and close rates.
