Your mission 🎯

You will be part of our team of experts in secondary mathematics didactics and your mission will be to ensure the quality and pedagogical depth of the implementation of Innovamat in secondary schools.

You will be a key figure in the training and didactic accompaniment of both teachers and Innovamat's internal teams, contributing to raising the mathematical and didactic knowledge of the entire organization.

In collaboration with the Key Account Managers team and the rest of the pedagogical team, you will design and implement training and classroom interventions that guarantee a solid, coherent mathematical practice aligned with the Innovamat proposal.

Your day-to-day at Innovamat 🏁

  • You will actively participate in internal training on mathematics didactics in secondary schools, with the aim of continuing to deepen mathematical and pedagogical knowledge.

  • You will collaborate in the design and execution of the internal training plan, supporting the commercial and advisory teams so they can improve their understanding of mathematics didactics and the Innovamat proposal.

  • You will regularly visit secondary schools to provide training to teaching staffs, adapting the content to the different grade levels.

  • You will enter mathematics classrooms to carry out observations, session modeling, and didactic practices, with the goal of accompanying teachers in improving their practice.

  • You will offer pedagogical and technical feedback to teaching staffs after classroom observations, helping them reflect and evolve in their teaching of mathematics.

  • You will directly manage some schools when it is necessary to carry out deep and highly technical didactic interventions in mathematics.

  • You will coordinate with the teams in your region and with the pedagogical team to detect needs, share learnings, and provide solutions to the didactic challenges that arise daily.

  • You will attend events, training, and educational sector meetings linked to mathematics didactics.

  • You will be part of an agile team, characterized by co-responsibility, interdependence, and continuous learning.

  • Good communication skills in Catalan and Spanish.

  • Dynamism and proactivity in problem-solving, with capacity for learning and adaptation.

  • Ease in connecting with teachers and educational teams, generating relationships of trust.

  • Good communication skills, both in training contexts and pedagogical accompaniment.

  • Desire to work in a team and cooperate with diverse profiles within the organization.

  • Organization, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity.

  • Ability to perform well in environments with some tension and intense rhythms.

  • Driver's license
