As the Space Business Unit of Indra Group, we combine cutting-edge technology with a full value chain approach-from satellite design and integration to ground segment and operations. 💡 What will you do?
- Prepare and follow up on subcontracting documentation, including RFI, RFQ, RFP, TEB, and TEB reports.
- Support the Subcontractor Manager in proposals and ongoing projects from an administrative perspective.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and consolidate all required technical and administrative inputs.
- Ensure completeness, consistency, and traceability of subcontracting documentation.
- Track the status of subcontracting processes and related documentation.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in line with internal procedures.
- Provide administrative support related to subcontracting activities in Defense and Space projects.
🎯 What are we looking for?
✅ Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Translation and Interpreting, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
✅ 2-3 years of experience in administrative or technical management roles, preferably in Defense and Security environments.
✅ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
✅ Medium-level knowledge of technical management in Defense and Security projects.
✅ Bilingual level of English.
✅ Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage documentation efficiently.
✅ 2-3 years of experience in administrative or technical management roles, preferably in Defense and Security environments.
