• At access controls or inside the buildings for whose surveillance and security they are responsible, security guards may carry out identity checks of people and, if appropriate, prevent their entry without retaining personal documentation.

• Furthermore, where applicable, they will take note of the name, surname, and National Identity Document number or equivalent document of the identified person, the purpose of the visit, and the location in the building to which they are heading, providing them, when so determined in the building's own security instructions, with a credential that allows them access and internal circulation, which must be retrieved at the end of the visit.

Functions:

Security guards assigned to the service are obliged to perform surveillance and protection functions, following the guidelines reflected in LAW 05/2014, OF APRIL 4, ON PRIVATE SECURITY and R.D. 2364/1994 OF DECEMBER 9, ON PRIVATE SECURITY, as well as knowing and applying them within the framework of their functions:

• Deberán seguir las instrucciones que, en el ejercicio de sus competencias, impartan los responsables de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad, siempre que se refieran a las personas y bienes de cuya protección y vigilancia estuviesen encargados los vigilantes, colaborando con aquellos dentro de los locales o establecimientos en que presten su servicio, en cualquier situación en que sea preciso para el mantenimiento y restablecimiento de la seguridad ciudadana.

• En los controles de acceso o en el interior de los inmuebles de cuya vigilancia y seguridad estuvieran encargados, los vigilantes de seguridad podrán realizar controles de identidad de las personas y, si procede, impedir su entrada sin retener la documentación personal.

• Además, en su caso, tomarán nota del nombre, apellidos y número del Documento Nacional de Identidad o documento equivalente de la persona identificada, objeto de la visita y lugar del inmueble a que se dirige, dotándola, cuando así se determine en las instrucciones de seguridad propias del inmueble, de una credencial que le permita el acceso y circulación interior, debiendo retirarla al finalizar la visita.

Responsabilidades: EVITAR TODO ACTO DELICTIVO A LA INSTALACIÓN

Funciones:

Los vigilantes de seguridad encuadrados en el servicio, tiene la obligación de realizar funciones de vigilancia y protección, siguiendo las directrices reflejadas en la LEY 05/2014, DE 4 DE ABRIL, DE SEGURIDAD PRIVADA y el R.D. 2364/1994 DE 9 DE DICIEMBRE, DE SEGURIDAD PRIVADA, de la misma manera, conocerlas y aplicarlas en el marco de sus funciones:

• Ejercer la vigilancia y protección de bienes, muebles e inmuebles, así como la protección de las personas que puedan encontrarse en los mismos.

• Evitar la comisión de actos delictivos o infracciones en relación con el objeto de su protección.

• Poner inmediatamente a disposición de los miembros de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad a los delincuentes en relación con el objeto de su protección, así como los instrumentos, efectos y pruebas de los delitos, no pudiendo proceder al interrogatorio de aquellos.

• Efectuar la protección del almacenamiento de valores y objetos valiosos.

• Llevar a cabo, en relación con el funcionamiento de centrales de alarma, la prestación de servicios de respuesta de las alarmas que se produzcan, cuya realización no corresponda a las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad.

• Deberán seguir las instrucciones que, en el ejercicio de sus competencias, impartan los responsables de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad, siempre que se refieran a las personas y bienes de cuya protección y vigilancia estuviesen encargados los vigilantes, colaborando con aquellos dentro de los locales o establecimientos en que presten su servicio, en cualquier situación en que sea preciso para el mantenimiento y restablecimiento de la seguridad ciudadana.

• En los controles de acceso o en el interior de los inmuebles de cuya vigilancia y seguridad estuvieran encargados, los vigilantes de seguridad podrán realizar controles de identidad de las personas y, si procede, impedir su entrada sin retener la documentación personal.
