The role
We are looking for a People Trainee feager to learn and grow within the People team, providing support across Recruitment, Talent, and People Operations teams.
Key responsibilities
Support in full cycle of Recruitment Processes
Administrative Support and Reporting: updating reports on open recruitment processes, tracking basic recruitment metrics, organizing candidate documentation)
Participate in employer Branding and Talent Attraction
Participating in job fairs or university events
Proactively sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
Assisting with onboarding processes (sending documentation, coordinating first days)
Supporting projects aimed at improving the recruitment and selection process
