Goodlyis a fast-moving R&D project on a mission to help people live, work, and learn with more joy and clarity. We're building a fresh experience that combines thoughtfully designed physical products and playful digital tools.

What will you do:
  • Own the product development lifecycle - drive the development and continuous improvement of the product, ensuring it solves real user problems and aligns with the long-term product vision.

  • Shape and execute product strategy - define product priorities, identify growth opportunities, and lead initiatives that strengthen the product's competitive advantage.

  • Use data and market insights to guide decisions - analyze product and marketing performance, identify opportunities for growth, and turn insights into actionable product improvements.

  • Own the user experience - deeply understand user needs through interviews, research, and product analytics, and translate these insights into meaningful product improvements.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams - collaborate with engineering, design, marketing to deliver high-impact product initiatives.

  • Set clear goals and measure impact - define success metrics, track product performance, and ensure product initiatives drive measurable outcomes.

What do you need to join us:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Lead with a b2c product in a Tier-1 market;.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and running experiments;

  • Experienced in leveraging AI tools for work purposes, such as building prototypes;

  • Analytical thinking:comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and large data sets;

  • Ability toset up team processes(workflow setup, backlog prioritization, roadmap creation);

  • English levelB2 or higher;

  • Alignment with thevalues of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
