• Build and scale a new acquisition direction from scratchusing AppLovin, Snapchat, and Pinterest - with strong team support.

• Directly impact business resultsand see how your decisions drive growth.

• Experiment, test hypotheses, and work with datain a fast-paced environment.

• Take ownership and think like an entrepreneur, proposing ideas and driving them forward.

• Launch, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns (AppLovin, Snapchat, and Pinterest).

• Work with performance data to identify patterns, understand what drives results, and suggest ideas to improve efficiency and scale campaigns.

• Support day-to-day operations related to campaign and channel management.

• Explore the competitive landscape and help identify new growth opportunities for the product.

• Run A/B tests, analyze results, and gradually apply learnings to improve acquisition performance.

• 1+ year of commercial experienceworking with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and large datasets.

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.

• English level of Upper-Intermediate+.

• Strong interest in performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.

• Hands-on experience with AItools to improve productivity (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok etc.).

• Willingness to experiment, learn fast, and work in an uncertain, fast-changing environment.

• Curiosity and ability to research, explore, and dive into details.

• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and teamwork.
