As Trade Intelligence and Deployment Manager, the role will provide YOU with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for OIT and other trade scheme design and deployment by selecting the appropriate market data and methodologies or integrating internal and external data sources.
- Design the competitive G2N scheme to become more profitable and improve performance based on robust data analysis and market insights.
- Work with above country about OIT methodology, data input and preparation as well as coordinate with marketing and CTC team for commercial rules to generate competitive offers to achieve business objectives.
- Tracking performance trade promotion, rebate and OIT scheme across Rx and Vx.
- Provide technical support/ training for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools to manage performance.
- Directs and oversees high level strategic and tactical decisions of scheme implementation based on clear data analysis and recommendation
- Facilitates commercial trade channel data strategies for trade scheme design, implementation, integration and usage.
- Ensuring excellence in descriptive analytics and use of analysis enhances business decision making capabilities.
- Ensure utilization of EM/global analytics systems in the LoC; derive business insights from descriptive and predictive analytics; ensure utilization of global data management systems
- Ensure deployment of above local/country/global analytics systems
- Work with LOC CE team and commercial team (CTC, MKT, finance partners) for ensure alignment in priority business intelligence and delivery analytics data.
- Manage and monitor G2N to drive optimal and effective schemes
- Able to work with Research Agencies, Knowledge Centre or self-support to complete required research, insights with professional standards and clear scheme recommendation and design

Basic Qualifications:

- Min 2-3 years' experience in business intelligence or related area
- Pharma experience is an asset
- Commercial experience is an asset
- Fluency in English
- Capable of working across boundaries and functional areas
- High resilience and agility
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Creative in problem solving
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Strong business background, in depth knowledge of analytics systems
- Candidate should be receptive to new ideas and concepts and adoption of new systems and applications, furthermore, being receptive to requests, ideas from Customer/market engagement
