Apoyarás las funciones de producción en acondicionamiento de líquidos para asegurar el suministro a clientes, estandarizar y mejorar procesos y resolver problemas operativos, de calidad y EHS en colaboración con Calidad, EHS, GPS, Ingeniería, MSAT y Finanzas.
Responsabilidades principales
- EHS: asegurar cumplimiento de estándares, realizar autoinspecciones e implementar acciones correctoras; resolver problemas mediante análisis causa‑raíz.
- Calidad: realizar autoinspecciones, gestionar desviaciones/reclamaciones/controles de cambio, liderar RCA y defender auditorías.
- Servicio: ejecutar acciones correctoras, coordinar validaciones/pruebas y mantener documentación (POC, IT, EQ, TR, BD, ATRD...). Back‑up del/la líder de área cuando aplique.
- Coste: colaborar en reporting de KPIs y estándares financieros y en planes de formación.
- GPS: participar en TIER1 y reuniones de performance; identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Tecnología: colaborar con MSAT en transferencias, nuevas tecnologías e Industria 4.0.
Requisitos:
- Titulación universitaria.
- Experiencia en el sector farmacéutico (preferible en operaciones).
- Conocimiento amplio de GMP en la industria farmacéutica además de familiaridad con procesos de fabricación y acondicionamiento.
- Conocimiento y manejo de SAP.
- Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 (certificado o validado mediante prueba).
Valorable
- Experiencia con PCS7 (formas de trabajo con PCS7).
- Certificación Orange Belt.
- Conocimientos adicionales en herramientas de mejora continua (Lean, Six Sigma) o formación complementaria.
