GSK-Japan Oncologyとして、営業経験豊富且つ卓越した営業スキルをもつMRを求めています。この職務の目的は、2025年5月に新たに立ち上げた担当テリトリをMRとして管理し、ブランド戦略を完遂して目標達成することを主な責務としています。また社外のステークホルダーと強固で戦略的なパートナーシップを構築することが求められています。

営業におけるCompetencyとCapabilityを発揮して価値あるビジネス関係を築き、科学的根拠に基づくソリューションの提供を通じて患者さんや顧客に唯一無二の価値を提供します。この職務では社内のステークホルダーと協力して部門横断的に働き、オンコロジーブランドと販売戦略の達成に貢献することが求められます。

Primary Responsibilities:

• 会社方針に従ってオンコロジー製品の適応疾患を診療する全ての顧客に届けるために担当テリトリを管理する。

• マーケティングプランを理解して担当テリトリのビジネスプランを作成し、目標達成のために確実に実行する。

• 設定した目標の達成、及び日々の進捗管理を行う。

• 全ての主要なステークホルダーに対して適切に対応する。

• 製品知識・スキルの習得など積極的に自己啓発を行う

• 活動によって再現性のある成功例は積極的にチーム内で共有する

• 会社のビジネス方針・手順・ルールなどの関連事項を常に把握し、100%遵守した実施を保証する。

必要な条件 / Requirements:

• 大学病院及び基幹病院での成功実績を有している

• 医師との面談で患者に焦点を当てた議論ができる（One Patient Detailingの実践経験）

• 論文に興味を持ち、最新情報を自ら学ぶことができる

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、提案力、問題解決能力

• デジタル/オムニチャネルアプローチによる営業経験

• 同僚や他部署と連携し、チームに貢献できる

• 自分の行動に責任を持ち、行動を改善することができる。

• 困難な状況でも諦めずに行動できる

• ビジネスニーズに応じて出張可能

• 大学卒業以上

• MR認定資格

• 普通自動車運転免許証

望ましい条件 / Preferred Experience:

• 上記記載勤務地の施設／血液内科の担当経験がある
