¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos preferentemente una persona con titulación universitaria en Ciencias o Ingeniería y experiencia demostrada en entornos GMP/GLP.

También valoramos titulaciones de Formación Profesional de grado superior con experiencia sólida en laboratorios analíticos del sector farmacéutico.

Buscamos alguien organizado, con enfoque en calidad y mejora continua, y capacidad para coordinar equipos y procesos analíticos.

Tu misión principal

Coordinar las actividades clave del Laboratorio de Materiales de Partida y Muestreos para garantizar la disponibilidad y calidad de materias primas, materiales de acondicionamiento y componentes para los procesos de liberación y producción. Optimizar recursos, potenciar al equipo de analistas e impulsar la estandarización y mejora continua (GPS).

Principales responsabilidades

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad (EHS) y Calidad del área.
  • Planificar y gestionar muestreos, análisis y recursos del laboratorio.
  • Liberar lotes de materias primas y materiales de acondicionamiento según criterios establecidos.
  • Impulsar el desempeño mediante TIER1, facilitando identificación y resolución de problemas.
  • Promover la mejora continua y la estandarización de procedimientos del área.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración, revisión y aprobación de la documentación técnica y operativa. Gestionar incidencias y liderar la investigación de desviaciones y CAPAs.

Qué se necesita

  • Titulación universitaria en Ciencias o Ingeniería (o FP de grado superior con experiencia relevante).
  • Experiencia previa en industria farmacéutica y entornos analíticos (GMP/GLP).
  • Habilidades de organización, priorización y toma de decisiones.
  • Capacidad para resolver conflictos técnicos e interpersonales y alinear expectativas del equipo.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio.
  • Mentalidad orientada a la mejora continua y pensamiento crítico.

Valorable

  • Experiencia específica en Control de Calidad y gestión directa de equipos.
  • Habilidades digitales: Excel avanzado, Power BI o herramientas similares para seguimiento de KPIs.
  • Apertura y disposición para aprender nuevas tecnologías que optimicen procesos de laboratorio.
