You will lead demand forecasting for regional markets, working closely with commercial, supply, and finance teams. You will build clear, data-driven sales forecasts and use them to improve customer service and lower working capital. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end demand planning for assigned portfolios and channels to deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  • Lead monthly Pre-Demand Review and Demand Review meetings to secure consensus forecasts with market leaders.
  • Maintain and improve statistical baselines and incorporate promotion, repacking, and cannibalization effects.
  • Work with sales and marketing to include market intelligence, new product introductions, consumption and stock in trade data.
  • Partner with Supply and Finance to align volume and value, and to minimise out-of-stock and excess inventory.
  • Provide clear narrative and KPI reporting on forecast accuracy, bias, working capital and customer service.
  • Own the demand forecast inputs into Core Commercial Cycle meetings and support the delivery of volume budgets.
  • Challenge assumptions and triangulate risks and opportunities across commercial and supply stakeholders.
  • Lead product lifecycle forecasting activities and support clearance of slow-moving stock with commercial teams.
  • Build strong working relationships across Customer Service, Warehouse & Distribution, and Local Customization teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting methods, tools and processes to support supply chain initiatives.
  • Represent demand planning within regional or global projects aimed at inventory reduction and process transformation.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, logistics, business, finance, statistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience using forecasting tools and Excel.
  • Practical experience running forecast review meetings and engaging commercial stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pakistan with occasional hybrid collaboration as needed.
  • Experience with SAP or other advanced planning/forecasting systems.
  • Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and advanced analytics (e.g., time series, regression).
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Certifications such as APICS, IBF or similar.

Working arrangement
This role is based in Pakistan and is primarily on-site. Some hybrid working may be possible depending on team needs and local arrangements.
