From the Crit office in Sabadell, we are looking for production operators to join the workforce of our client, a prominent company in the textile sector with a recognized brand.

If you are passionate about teamwork, we want to meet you. Previous experience in production will be a plus, but it is not essential. What we value most are your enthusiasm and commitment!

Functions:

* Perform production tasks in a technical textile company for the automotive industry.
* Handling and preparation of carpets, felts, and textile coatings.
* Visual quality control of the manufactured pieces.
* Packaging, palletizing, and preparing material for shipment.
* Support on the production line and material supply.

What do we offer?

* Availability to work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts: from 5:55 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., from 2:00 p.m. to 10:05 p.m., and from 10:05 p.m. to 5:55 a.m.
* Salary: €9.61 gross/hour for morning and afternoon shifts. For the night shift, €9.61 gross/hour + a night shift bonus of €2.50 gross/hour, totaling €12.11 gross/hour.
* A dynamic and collaborative work environment.

* It is essential to come to the office to perform a test.

What are we looking for in you?

* A proactive, responsible person with a strong desire to work.
* Previous experience in production environments is valued, preferably in the textile sector.
* Ability to work in a team and adapt to different shifts.
* Driver's license.
* Native Spanish and Catalan.
* You will need to come in person to the Crit Sabadell office to perform a simple test.

Funciones:

* Realizar tareas de producción en empresa textil técnica para automoción.
* Manipulación y preparación de moquetas, fieltros y recubrimientos textiles.
* Control visual de calidad de las piezas fabricadas.
* Embalaje, paletización y preparación de material para envío.
* Apoyo en línea de producción y abastecimiento de materiales.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche: de 5:55 h a 14:00 h, de 14:00 h a 22:05 h y de 22:05 h a 5:55 h.
* Salario: 9,61€ brutos/hora en turnos de mañana y tarde. En turno de noche, 9,61€ brutos/hora + plus nocturno de 2,50 € brutos/hora, siendo un total de 12.11€ brutos/hora.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

* Carne de conducir
