YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Account Manager for Retail, you don't just manage accounts, you own our most significant strategic relationships at the national level. Your goal is to scale our retail footprint at maximum velocity while fostering long-term partnerships. By securing best in class content and driving performance, you will directly enhance the user experience.
We need a 'Retail Ambassador': someone who is deeply hands-on, obsessed with data, and thrives in the 'fast lane'. You'll be the face of Glovo, navigating complex negotiations and building strategic roadmaps to ensure our partners don't just exist on the app - they thrive.
THE JOURNEY
- Own the Joint Business Plan (JBP) for top-tier partners, defining the year roadmap to boost GMV and market share.
- Build and scale a high-impact partner portfolio, identifying untapped business opportunities and creative collaborations.
- Act as the primary poc from day one, leading negotiations and onboarding key retail giants to ensure a 'win-win' ecosystem.
- Dive deep into operational metrics to spot bottlenecks. You'll provide partners with the tools, insights, and solutions needed to achieve best-in-class delivery performance.
- Maintain high-level engagement through monthly and quarterly business reviews, becoming a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
- Navigate a high-task environment with ease, turning complex multidisciplinary problems into elegant, scalable solutions.
