Requirements
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a store manager or similar, preferably in FMCG.
Proven experience in leading and training teams and you are the typical “go to” person for your peers.
Heavy weight champion on executional skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to handle several tasks and topics simultaneously
Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Your Mission
Train and develop store managers to the next level
Identify key areas of improvement together with the Operational Excellence team.
Collaborate closely with the Country Operations Manager and set the priorities for the upcoming period.
Establish operational flow by co-creating clear SOPs and implementing performance tracking to drive continuous improvement. This is achieved through frequent store visits and active mentorship, ensuring store managers have the structure and support needed to maintain a high-performing environment.
