Reporting to the Global Finance Director, the Head of Consolidation & Reporting should have a strong background in financial consolidation, preferably gained through at a Big Four accounting firm or one of the top 8 global audit firms.In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and internal reporting requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes for the groupEnsure compliance with IFRS or local GAAP (as applicable) during the consolidation processCoordinate with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate data submissionPrepare consolidated financial statements and related reporting packagesAnalyze financial data and investigate variances at the group levelSupport external audits and ensure timely delivery of audit requirementsAssist in the implementation and improvement of consolidation tools and processesAct as a point of contact for consolidation-related queries across the organizationCollaborate with the FP&A and accounting teams for cross-functional alignmentRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experienceSolid knowledge of consolidation processes and financial reportingStrong understanding of IFRS or US GAAPFluent in English (spoken and written)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAdvanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
