Currently, from the MARTORELL branch, we are looking for a LABOR ASSISTANT for IGUALADA

Here are the main requirements and other skills for the position:

Personnel management: Registering and deregistering workers with Social Security. Processing medical leave and return-to-work reports for illness.

Contracts and payroll: Preparing employment contracts and managing their extensions. Assisting in the monthly calculation of payroll under the supervision of an officer.

Social Insurance: Preparing and reviewing monthly payments to Social Security (contribution bulletins).

Customer service: Resolving simple queries from workers or companies by telephone or email. [1]

Filing: Keeping client files organized and up to date in the computer system.

Working day of 20 hours per week (8:30 to 12:30) or to be agreed

Monday to Friday

Initial hiring via temporary agency (ETT) with the possibility of moving to the company

Salary according to the collective agreement

Te contamos los principales requerimientos y otras habilidades de la posición:

Gestión de personal: Dar de alta y de baja a los trabajadores en la Seguridad Social. Tramitar partes médicos de baja y alta por enfermedad.

Contratos y nóminas: Preparar contratos de trabajo y gestionar sus prórrogas. Ayudar en el cálculo mensual de nóminas bajo la supervisión de un oficial.

Seguros Sociales: Preparar y revisar los pagos mensuales a la Seguridad Social (boletines de cotización).

Atención al cliente: Resolver dudas sencillas de los trabajadores o empresas por teléfono o correo electrónico. [1]

Archivo: Mantener los expedientes de los clientes ordenados y al día en el sistema informático.
