We're looking for an AI Creative Consultant: a hands-on AI creator with a strong strategic mindset, capable of advising enterprise clients while building real, high-impact creative solutions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, creativity, and business, acting as a key bridge between our AI capabilities and our most strategic clients worldwide.

🌟 About the Role

As an AI Creative Consultant, you won't just use tools; you will design the "path to success" for our clients. You will be the leading light for our customers, showing them how to integrate the Freepik AI Suite into their professional workflows to solve real business challenges.

💻 What You'll Do

Strategic Advisory & Client Consulting

• Act as a creative and strategic consultant for enterprise-level clients, aligning Freepik AI capabilities with brand goals and business needs.

• Work closely with the Sales and Enterprise teams on a daily basis to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.

• Lead the creative relationship throughout the full lifecycle of enterprise contracts.

Hands-on AI Creation

• Master the full creative pipeline using the Freepik AI Suite, from prompt engineering to advanced image and video generation.

• Build live Proofs of Concept (POCs) and custom use cases for clients.

• Develop strategic tutorials, case studies, and campaign-ready content showcasing best practices and new product launches.

Workflow Optimization

• Identify client pain points and design AI-powered workflows that automate and scale creative production without losing human-driven craftsmanship.

• Translate complex AI capabilities into practical, production-ready solutions.

Client Enablement & Training

• Deliver high-level live demos, workshops, and training sessions (online and on-site).

• Ensure clients achieve full adoption and mastery of Freepik's AI tools.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize long-term value.

Internal Collaboration & Technical Briefings

• Coordinate closely with Freepik Studios and backend teams to prepare demos and training materials.

High-End Presentation Design

• Independently craft clean, professional, visually outstanding presentations.

• Ensure all client-facing materials meet the highest visual and functional standards.

🧩 What We're Looking For

✅ Required Experience & Skills

• Portfolio focused on Generative AI (mandatory), showcasing high-quality image and video use cases, ideally from real client or corporate projects.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Generative AI.

• At least 5 years of experience in audiovisual production, graphic design, photography, video, or related creative fields.

• Proven consulting experience with large companies or enterprise clients.

• Deep understanding of the Generative AI ecosystem and key market players.

• Advanced knowledge of Freepik AI Suite (or strong ability to master it quickly).

• Strong strategic mindset: ability to move beyond the "cool factor" and deliver scalable, brand-safe solutions.

• Excellent communication skills. Fluent in both creative and technical languages.

• C1 level of English (spoken and written). Spanish is a plus.

• Availability for international travel.

• Degree or specialization in photography, video, graphic design, or AI-driven audiovisual production.

• Experience across creative industries such as design, fashion, arts, or advertising.

• Proficiency with other AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
