We are looking for an experienced technical leader of at least 4-5 years in the field, preferably with a background in managing a development team on multiple projects for financial institutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for the smooth coordination and effective leadership of all developments and deliveries. This role requires an understanding of both business and user needs, ensuring design specifications meet these requirements from a business and technical perspective.

Candidates should have a robust background in design and hands-on development experience on enterprise software applications for cloud-based architecture using primarily Microsoft technologies.

As a Technical Lead, your primary responsibilities and duties include:

• Demonstrating a deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Leveraging your hands-on technology experience to provide technical leadership to the team, taking up difficult technical stories/spikes as needed.
• Utilizing excellent communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders.
• Ensuring quality delivery of the team by applying knowledge of best practices within EY and the wider technology sphere.
• Reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to the team.
• Effectively leading the team to deliver stable and quality products.

Core areas of development include:

• API management
• Microservice development
• Leading technical integrations with third-party services
• Coordinating and delivering implementation tasks developed in every sprint
• Managing uploads to production
• Assisting the functional team by resolving technical issues
• Managing Kubernetes
• Refining user stories
• Contributing to the improvement of the quality of code delivery.

Technical skills required include advanced proficiency in designing, developing, and troubleshooting solutions, and expertise in container-based technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of Core JavaScript is essential while exposure to Backbone is preferable yet optional. Experience with NodeJS at a high level, and No-SQL databases.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in technology
• Organized, analytical, methodical and motivated to grow
• At least 4 years of experience as developer
• English and Spanish fluid is a must
