EYP Real Estate Analyst - EY GDS Spain - Hybrid

The opportunity

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you'll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

You will work hand in hand with the EY Spain teams across the most important Real Estate transactions and presentations (Telescopes), supporting with researching of main market trends, sectorial analyses and great assets portfolios valuations, among others.

Your key responsibilities

• You will be part of the Telescopes elaboration from the TRE Team in EY Spain in different sectors (Hotels, Logistics, Camping's, ...), which will be presented to the most important figures in the Real Estate sector, such as potential investors.
• You will participate as an active member of the Transaction diligence processes within the Real Estate sector.
• You will be researching relevant and trusted information from different market sources and databases.
• You will be participating in the elaboration of valuation models to calculate the market value for the biggest portfolios in Spain.

Skills and attributes for success

• Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Outstanding research, analytical and conceptual skills, as well as creativity for presentations.
• Proactive, organized, flexible and great pressure management.
• Involved and eager to learn about the Real Estate Sector.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Architecture or Industrial Engineering.
• Medium-high level in Excel and cleaning/processing tools (PowerQuery, ...).
• Knowledge and interest in Real Estate Sector.
• Medium-high level in English (B2-C1).
• High level in Spanish (C2 - C1).

Ideally, you'll also have

• Master/MBA in real estate sector and/or financial analysis.
• Work experience 1-3 years.
• Fluent in other languages (French, German, Portuguese...).
• Expertise knowledge in PowerPoint or other visualization tools.
• Applicable use of AI, and other market databases (Alimarket, MergerMarket, ...).
