Job Description

1. Vận hành và kiểm soát cơ sở hạ tầng

• Điện: nắm được sơ đồ/ bảng vẽ hệ thống điện đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định, an toàn. Kiểm tra, lắp đặt và bảo trì hệ thống định kỳ.
• Nước: nắm được hệ thống cấp - thoát nưỡc, đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động hiệu quả, sữa chữa các sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống như rò rỉ, tắc nghẽn, bảo trì định kỳ các thiết bị liên quan

1. Quản lý an toàn lao động

• Kiểm tra và bảo trì hệ thống PCCC, đảm bảo hoạt động của các thiết bị hệ thống
• Làm việc với các nhà thầu, kỹ sư và các bộ phận khác để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh
• Tập huấn PCCC-CNCH của BQL và đào tạo cho nhân sự công ty

1. Giám sát, bảo dưỡng định kỳ, sửa chữa và thay thế thiết bị

• Thực hiện bảo dưỡng định kỳ cho máy móc và thiết bị để ngăn ngừa hỏng hóc
• Sửa chữa hoặc thay thế các bộ phận hỏng hóc để đảm bảo thiết bị hoạt động liên tục
• Giám sát quá trình bảo trì và báo cáo tình trạng vận hành thiết bị
