Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 7:30a-3:30a or 8:15a-4:15p depending on need, some weekends/additional hours during harvest season

Job Description

Are you passionate about agriculture, quality, and leading a team that keeps grain moving safely and efficiently? Eurofins Grain Inspection is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to guide daily operations at our grain inspection facility and serve as a trusted partner to our clients.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering accurate, reliable results.

⭐ What You'll Do

As our Site Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of the facility-supporting your team, serving our customers, and ensuring smooth, safe operations every day.

You will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the inspection facility
  • Train, mentor, and supervise Grain Inspectors in sampling, grading, and testing grain according to USDA/FGIS standards
  • Act as the primary liaison between Eurofins and our client, sharing key operational updates and ensuring excellent service
  • Champion a safety-first culture and maintain a clean, compliant work environment
  • Ensure accuracy in all test results and communicate findings to clients and grain truck drivers
  • Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and general site operations
  • Participate in hiring, training, performance reviews, and team development
  • Testing for moisture, weight, foreign material, damage, and specialty analyses such as mycotoxins and non-GMO testing
