Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about IT and bring at least 3 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support environment. You should have solid troubleshooting skills, particularly in Windows systems and Microsoft 365, and be committed to delivering an excellent and inclusive user experience.

Strong communication skills in English, French, and Spanish are essential, along with a customer-focused mindset and a proactive, “can-do” attitude. You should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and be motivated to learn and grow.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and value diversity of thought and experience. A secondary school diploma is required, while familiarity with technologies such as Active Directory, Azure, or ITIL practices would be an advantage.
