Our client is one of the biggest hedge funds in the world, managing investments for a wide array of institutional clients, including foreign governments and central banks, corporate and public pension funds, university endowments, and charitable foundations. We have a group of around 100 engineers (Devs, QAs, BAs, and Project Managers) distributed between Westport, USA, and Malaga, Spain, working on one big solution.

As a Senior Platform Engineer (Critical Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineer), you will be joining a rapidly evolving department to enable rapid financial service business model changes. We have a huge appetite for change, and you will be asked to adapt quickly to take on more responsibility. You will tackle a challenging and varied array of problems in how we gain further maturity in DevOps tools, processes, and engineering capabilities. You will be an engineer first and foremost, looking for excellent solutions that offer leverage for the company, not just "quick fixes".

This position offers a hybrid work setup with flexibility to work from Malaga, with occasional office visits required.
