Requirements
Qualifications
Well-versed in User Centered Design; applies an iterative design process focusing on the users and their needs in each phase of the design process.
Advanced understanding of backend tools; plans, researches, documents, tests and manages content that meets user needs.
Proven ability to lead design for data-heavy and workflow-driven systems. Deep understanding of workflow mapping and process optimization.
Strong knowledge of Information Architecture, Data segregation and analyzation for data-heavy systems.
Experience working with complex data visualization, dashboards and reporting interfaces.
Experience designing for AI-assisted or automation-driven workflows. Ability to use AI reducing manual effort without increasing risk/iterations.
Advanced knowledge of Accessibility & Inclusive Design; ensures that products are convenient to all while taking into account user diversity.
Understanding of Usability Testing Expertise; proficiency in planning, designing, executing, and analyzing usability tests. Knowledge of various testing methods, such as moderated and unmoderated testing, remote testing, and eye-tracking.
Knowledge of Visual Design; uses imagery, color, shapes, typography, and form to enhance usability and improve the user experience.
Basic understanding of Interaction Design; designs interactive products and services, going beyond the item in development to include the way users will interact with it.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
Experience running workshops for workflow discovery, ideation, journey mapping, and problem framing.
Ability to present design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer - Colleague Experience, your primary focus will be on designing efficient, reliable, and user-centric internal systems that power our operations - including Risk & Compliance tools, Payments operations platforms, CRM systems, Safer Gambling dashboards, Customer Service interfaces, Marketing tools, and other internal operational products.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, Operations stakeholders, and Business functions to solve complex workflow challenges, reduce operational friction, improve productivity, and increase data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organisation.
Your role will be crucial in:
Simplifying complex backend systems
Improving colleague productivity and efficiency
Reducing cognitive load and operational errors
Driving consistency across internal tools
Championing a colleague-centric design mindset within CE pillar.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design for internal tools and operational platforms used by colleagues across markets.
Translate complex business logic, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows into intuitive design solutions.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define scalable system behaviour's and reusable design patterns. Also, collaborate with different teams/stakeholders to align design solutions with business needs.
Support other designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative design culture.
Improve and standardize design review practices & encouraging feedbacks across backend tools to reduce rework, improve scalability and quality.
Drive workflow optimization initiatives by identifying friction points, inefficiencies, and usability gaps in internal systems. Also, drive simplification of fragmented workflows and legacy systems.
Research to identify/validate colleague pain points, usability challenges, and workflow bottlenecks.
Conduct usability testing for internal tools (moderated/unmoderated), focusing on task completion, efficiency, and error reduction.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design within internal systems to support diverse colleague groups.
Contribute to the CE Design System, ensuring backend tools follow consistent UI patterns, interaction models, and accessibility standards.
Champion design thinking and innovation within CE, driving scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes.
Influence roadmaps by advocating for usability and scalability. Balance short-term delivery pressures with long-term platform thinking.
Stay at the forefront of the latest UX trends, technologies, and advancements within and outside of the gaming industry, driving innovative design concepts.
Help develop a culture of design thinking and innovation throughout the organization, encouraging creative problem-solving and the development of player-centric solutions.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all UX design activities.
