Requirements

  • Master’s degree.
  • 4–5 years of experience in contract law, contract management, procurement support or similar legal/contractual functions (experience in renewable energy, infrastructure or construction projects is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of contractual documentation and the full contract lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to work with standardized contractual templates and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a structured and organized manner within a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (Italian is a plus)

Job Description

Enfinity Global is looking for a Contract Manager to coordinate, evaluate, review, and process Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracts, Limited Notice to Proceeds, MSA's, formal bids, requests for qualifications, and support (from an EPC Contracts perspective) requests for proposals.

This position will administer policies and procedures for all contracts in compliance with company and customer expectations and will be directly responsible for the management of EPC contracts, inclusive of all contract exhibits, while maintaining a centralized contracts repository system.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the management, maintenance and continuous update of Enfinity's contract templates, including EPC, supply and services agreements.
  • Coordinate the identification, compilation and systematization of contractual documentation, ensuring templates reflect internal standards and lessons learned from executed projects.
  • Review contracts, addenda and change orders to identify deviations from Enfinity's contractual requirements and policies, supporting corrective actions where required.
  • Provide contractual support to the Procurement team during tender processes and contract negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
  • Support the drafting, review and management of change orders, contractual amendments and addenda during project execution.
  • Participate in contractual audits and internal reviews of the different pojects, supporting verification of compliance with contractual obligations and internal procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of contractual trackers and logs (change orders, formal communications, guarantees, insurances and key contractual milestones).
  • Provide ongoing contractual support to project teams throughout execution, coordinating with internal Legal stakeholders as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management procedures, documentation and contractual standards.
