In our Project Programming and Technical Control Management at our headquarters in Madrid.

What for?

To monitor the physical and economic progress of projects for new gas transport and storage infrastructures (H2 / NG-LNG / CO2). The professional will be part of the Technical PMO currently being created and will collaborate with engineering teams to understand the status of projects, their alignment with strategic objectives, seek early detection of risks, and provide proposals for improvement or mitigation.

  • Support for the comprehensive management of infrastructure projects, participating in the monitoring of scope, costs, deadlines, and investments, as well as in the preparation of reports and economic projections.

  • Collaboration in project planning and control through the preparation and updating of schedules, milestone tracking, budget control, and certifications.

  • Participation in risk identification and management, contributing to the preparation and updating of risk matrices and mitigation plans.

  • Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, construction, management control, accounting, BIM, etc.) to ensure alignment and traceability in decision-making.

  • Support for the standardization, digitalization, and improvement of Technical PMO processes, including the definition, documentation, and automation of procedures and tasks.

  • Contribution to the implementation and use of digital project management tools (PPM and Microsoft environment), supporting teams in new ways of working.

  • Preparation of reports, dashboards, and project knowledge bases, facilitating the monitoring of indicators and decision-making.

  • Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and innovation, proposing improvements that drive the efficiency and evolution of the Technical Office.

What are we looking for?

  • Education: Technical or higher engineering degree (preferably Industrial, Energy, Civil, or related) with experience in project management. PMP certification or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and control of
    industrial/energy projects. Demonstrable experience in cost control and EVM. Experience in energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, or hydrogen sectors

  • Technical knowledge:

  • Project management: PMP certification or equivalent.

  • Planning tools: Experience in the use of Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Knowledge of MS Project, Planner, and similar.

  • Automation and digitalization: Power Automate, Power Apps.

  • Data visualization and analysis: MS Fabric, Power BI

  • Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and collaborative tools within the Microsoft 365 environment.

  • High level of English
