Position Mission: To ensure the correct operation of the hotel during the night shift. This person is responsible for resolving any incidents that occur during this shift, as well as maintaining the same level of customer service at all times.

Reports to: Front Office Manager

Functions:

- Ensure the operation of the hotel by attending to, managing, executing, and/or diverting the demands and needs of customers and/or internal staff as quickly as possible and with maximum satisfaction.

- Properly manage all processes passing through reception, manage check-in/check-out, balance the accounting data of other departments (shift close, total close, audit...), verify occupancy, and review billing.

- Assume public relations and reservations functions in the absence of the manager, welcoming guests and confirming additional services.

- Attend to and manage customers via telephone and in person, performing direct sales and applying discounts according to the rules, and responding to requests for information.

- Manage the special needs of the staff.
