Staff is sought for the position of kitchen assistant in a restaurant located in Vilassar de Mar. Tasks include the preparation of ingredients, such as cutting, peeling, and portioning food, as well as organizing them before service.

It will be necessary to maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, including utensils and work surfaces. Support will also be provided to the chef in the basic preparation of dishes and the plating of preparations. Other functions include controlling and replenishing the products necessary for daily service, always complying with hygiene and food safety regulations.

The contract is temporary, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The schedule is distributed from Monday to Sunday, in a split shift between 09:00 and 23:00 hours, with the breaks established by law.

Se busca personal para el puesto de ayudante de cocina en un restaurante ubicado en Vilassar de Mar. Las tareas incluyen la preparación de ingredientes, como cortar, pelar y porcionar los alimentos, además de organizarlos antes del servicio.

Será necesario mantener la limpieza y el orden en la cocina, incluyendo utensilios y superficies de trabajo. También se apoyará al cocinero en la elaboración básica de platos y en el montaje de las preparaciones. Otras funciones son controlar y reponer los productos necesarios para el servicio diario, siempre cumpliendo con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
