About the role:

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a assistant banquet server to join our team. This position is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

What you will do:

* Assist in the set-up and service of Banquet functions under the direction of the Banquet Service Managers, and according to Four Seasons' standards and procedures.
* Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
* Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate will have prior Food & Beverage experience in a similar role and in a luxury resort/hotel setting. He or she must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our Ideal banquet server will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as business requires.

Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
