About the Role
The Trend Leading Hospitality Account Sales Representative embodies Diageo's ambition to be the best-performing and most trusted consumer goods company, building category-leading partnerships with top-tier outlets.
We are seeking a highly connected and style-conscious professional with strong brand-building expertise and a deep understanding of premium spirits, their heritage, and production. You are well established within the German bartending and hospitality scene, with experience across wholesale and retail and a proven ability to grow brands in trend-leading environments.
You have a strong affinity for premium brands and understand how to engage sophisticated consumers. You build and maintain influential industry relationships and ensure our brands are not only listed but brought to life with visibility and impact across your outlet universe.
Top Accountabilities
Lead the Trend Leading Hospitality universe as the primary point of contact
Drive commercial performance across ~150 premium outlets (restaurants, bars, clubs, hotels)
Complete distribution, activation, promotion, and innovation plans for the high-end portfolio
Ensure outstanding visibility across menus, back bars, and shelving
Negotiate contracts and develop profitable activation programs
Track all initiatives accurately in CRM
About You
Experienced in developing positive relationships, comfortable working with high-expectation, commercially sophisticated customers
Confirmed ability to negotiate and close mutually valuable agreements
Able to translate customer needs into clear commercial plans
Strong understanding of industry trends, premium spirits and the drivers of profitable growth
Well-connected within hospitality, with a credible professional network
Knowledge of mixology and a genuine passion for premium spirits
