12 months parental cover, full-time

Function: Global Process Owner - Commercial
Reports to: Global Process Owner

About the role
You will be designing global transformation, working directly with markets across the world, helping them close capability gaps and embed new ways of working.
You will be part of a newly established team shaping the future of the GPO model, influencing global process standards, governance, and decision rights.
You'll receive targeted GPO training plus close collaboration with expert Global Process Leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & Prioritise Market Capability Gaps
- Design and Co‑Create Global Solutions
- Deploy and Embed Solutions in Priority Markets
- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Influence & Lead Across the Organisation
About You
10+ years' experience ideally in Sales Operations, RGM, Customer Management, or Customer Marketing.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, customer investment, and contracting.
- Experience across different market types
Transformation & Process Leadership
- Shown success in process redesign, standardisation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong project leadership and change management capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast paced environments.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Ability to influence senior collaborators across Commercial, Finance, Tech, and Data.
- A natural collaborator with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
