About the role
The Financial Controlling Lead Analyst will support the team members with technical related questions and issues, also support people in different functions such as tax, group accounting when it comes to financial controlling, technical accounting matters.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes, the timely and accurate submission of the financial & statutory report
Give technical accounting support within his/her own discipline to the FC team,
Partner with the RTR team to ensure the information in the legal entity financial statements accurately and completely reflects our business operations
Support the decision making process with different financial controlling analysis,
Ensure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and act as advisor to other GBO group function teams
About You
4-6 years strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Financial Controlling and/or Accounting
Proven track record to connect with stakeholders at varying levels and the ability to work with different market environments and cultures
Good accounting knowledge
Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment is considered as an advantage.
Fluent English knowledge is a must.
